Streamlabs uses about 12 of my CPU vs traditional OBS using about 5-6. The ONLY thing that other streaming services have over Streamlabs is the CPU usage. Video Capture Device sources have been updated to support frame rates above 60 FPS and to automatically set up the audio input for many devices that previously required manual configuration. Streamlabs made it easy to begin streaming with their MASSIVE variety of overlays, alert boxes, and stream labels for your stream. I'm not saying you should choose one or the other, but stating it need more hardware is not correct. Check the release notes linked above for the full list! Streamlabs OBS uses less system resource than OBS, and you also need only one software open for stream + notifications + chat while if you use OBS you have to start three or more separate softwares to do the same. There are also several smaller updates and QOL improvements, such as media key support for Linux, less restrictive replay buffer limits, muting of browser docks, dynamic bitrate recovery improvements, and more. You can choose from 30+ social channels to stream to at once. If you want to get the most out of your live streams, try multistreaming with Restream. If you’re a gamer and have a powerful PC, Streamlabs is the better choice. These tools should help people further fine-tune their audio setups. However, OBS Studio requires fewer system resources. Two new audio filters have been added! An upward compressor, which helps normalize volume from being too quiet, and a 3-band EQ for making simple adjustments to the levels of your audio. On macOS, HEVC and ProRes are now supported. Create interactivity with your viewers through our powerful integrations with Twitch, OBS, Streamlabs Desktop, and more. On Windows, we now support AV1 for AMD RX7000 series GPUs, and AV1/HEVC for supported Intel GPUs. This release brings many new additional encoders to Windows and macOS. Welcome to OBS Studio 29! This release comes with many new encoder updates and features, all of which can be found in the release notes, but we've highlighted a few here. However, the changes also mean that displays will no longer potentially switch if anything has been unplugged or changed. Note for Windows Users: Due to changes to how Display Capture on Windows identifies and saves monitors you will need to re-select your display for any existing capture sources.

Based on the datasheet we can see that the ILIM pin is used to control the value of the maximum allowed current draw. This current limiting is handled by a switching current limiting chip on the motherboard. 100mA is probably fine for stuff like mice, keyboards, game controllers but can cause instability or incompatibility if a device requires more draw. For mass storage devices and other devices, this is probably too low. The two USB ports on the front of the PlayStation Classic are current-limited meaning they will only provide 5v 100mA. It should be plenty for anything attached to the system. To ensure safety from potential electrical fires, make sure to only bridge the points labeled above and only use a USB power adapter rated at maximum 2A. Hardware Modification USB Current Limiting ĭisabling the current limiting should be fairly safe, however only attempt it if you know what you are doing and can be responsible for possible risks. The Classic uses the ReARMed branch of the free and open source emulator PCSX to play its games. It includes 16 GB of eMMC flash storage and 1 GB of DDR3 memory. Internally, the console uses a MediaTek 8167a Quad A35 system on a chip with four central processing cores clocked at 1.3 GHz and a Power VR GE8300 graphics processing unit. The controller's cords measure approximately 1.5 metres (4.9 ft) long. It includes ports for both controllers, HDMI output, and power via USB. The console weighs about 170 grams (0.37 lb) and is about 149 mm × 33 mm × 105 mm (5.9 in × 1.3 in × 4.1 in) in size, approximately 80% smaller in volume than the original PlayStation and 45% smaller in width and length. An AC adapter for the console is sold separately. The PlayStation Classic ships with two replica PlayStation Controllers (the original model, which are without analog sticks), an HDMI cable, and a USB Micro-A to standard USB-A cable. The console has been compared to competitor Nintendo's prior releases of the NES and Super NES Classic Edition mini consoles. It was announced in September 2018 at the Tokyo Game Show, and released on December 3, 2018, the 24th anniversary of the release of the original. The PlayStation Classic is a dedicated video game console by Sony Interactive Entertainment that emulates games originally released on its 1994 PlayStation console. 8 Serial Port Information and Root Shell. Once you launch the game, you’ll have to sign in with your Microsoft Account. Purchase Minecraft Bedrock Edition in the Microsoft Store App or install it from the Xbox app if you’re a Game Pass subscriber. It’s also a good idea to update Windows if there are any pending updates. The first thing to do is update your GPU drivers to the latest version. There’s no need to purchase the Bedrock Edition if you have bought the Java Edition in the past unless you don’t want to play through Game Pass. If you’re a first-time subscriber, you can usually get the first month for a dollar to try it out and see if it works for you. You should also note that the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft is available through Xbox Game Pass for PC or Game Pass Ultimate. If you have a low-end RX 6000 GPU, you may have some performance issues with ray tracing in Minecraft, especially if you crank up the detail. While Radeon RX 6000-series cards support hardware-accelerated ray-tracing, they don’t have dedicated hardware like Nvidia’s RTX cards. The Java version of Minecraft, which is still immensely popular, doesn’t support ray tracing. This version is also known as the Windows 10 Edition, but it works just as well on Windows 11. Only the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft supports ray tracing at the time of writing. Nvidia RTX GPUs or Radeon RX 6000 or better. To use the ray-tracing mode in Minecraft, you need to meet the following requirements: Amazing, right? If you’re keen to enter the world of ray-traced Minecraft for yourself, let’s start by checking if your system meets the minimum requirements. The image inherits everything in the base, then adds additional content via the. CMD 'app.js' This Dockerfile selects the official Node.js Docker image as its base via the FROM statement. Don't use the shell form of CMDįor reasons talked about in " Docker Shell vs. Here’s a Dockerfile that works for the sample application: FROM node:16 WORKDIR /app COPY package.json. You might be tricked by npm stopping the node process with CTRL-C in Docker, but that isn't the same as the node process responding to an exit signal gracefully. One piece of advice you'll find in articles suggesting you use an init system is to not use npm start as your Dockerfile CMD, and this still holds true - npm isn't an init system, and it doesn't forward exit signals to the node process, so none of the handlers we wrote above will work. on( 'SIGTERM', shutdown) npm doesn't forward signals Node.js can respond to those signals, but numerous blog posts would have you believe otherwise. For example, a Node.js process running as PID 1 will not respond to SIGINT ( CTRL-C) and similar signals. Node.js was not designed to run as PID 1 which leads to unexpected behaviour when running inside of Docker. The current (Nov 2, 2020) version of the Docker and Node.js best practices has some misinformation: This can be a problem with the SIGTERM signal in particular, leaving processes running in the background.Īnother reason to have an init system is to prevent orphaned child processes when the main process exits or dies, but this isn't a problem with single-threaded applications like Node.js. The Dockerfile CMD becomes PID 1 in the running container, and as a result it is treated differently by the kernel when it comes to process signals - if the process hasn't registered a handler for a specific signal, the kernel will ignore the signal entirely rather than falling back to a default behavior. This topic is deep enough to warrant its own post, but here is a short explanation: But you do need to think about how your application handles exit signals. Underneath the body panels, the car’s new all-steel model platform and chassis brings greater torsional rigidity, a lower centre of gravity and double-wishbone rear suspension – all of which promise improved handling. At the risk of authoring a car that some may consider fussy, Toyota has carved plenty of form and detail into the RAV4’s flanks, and – with some success – has chosen big stand-out design features to distinguish the car like its arrowhead radiator grille, kinked C-pillar and squared-off wheel arches. You wouldn’t call the result beautiful, but it’ll certainly get your attention. While it doesn’t have the plunging roofline or slimline features of the smaller Toyota C-HR crossover, there are much bolder lines and more chiseled features on display here than previous generations have had. We have been doing everything we can to urge the leaseholders to take responsibility and carry out repairs that are needed to prevent further water damage and other problems for some of our tenants in the building." The company said: "The problems that are affecting our tenants continue to be caused by the private flat above. "But it seems as though the issues in our flat just made the leaks flow faster, the point is that the leaks would have still been there because of the issues with the council's maintenance of the building." But NCH has repeated its claim that all of the water leak issues are being caused by the private flat. Will you be voting in the local elections? Have your say here We're talking about £1,200 we spent over the years trying to fix problems in the flat. She said: "I was told by the leaseholding team that the main issue was with the soil stack and roof which was NCH's responsibility. But the daughter of that flat's landlord, who did not want to be named, has now been in touch to dispute that claim. NCH said at the time that the source of the problems was the privately-owned flat above the two NCH ones. Nottinghamshire Live first reported in January on two NCH tenants in a block of flats on Wyton Close who were seeing significant water leaks in their homes. Nottingham City Homes (NCH) has denied it is responsible for leaks affecting some of its tenants after it recently forced entry into the private flat which it says is causing problems. However, do keep in mind that the demand around this time of the year is quite high and stock is limited, so be sure to act fast.
